North Korea vs South Korea Olympic Table Tennis Match - NBC USA failed to show this very important moment.
From reddit user Mauceri

This was an absolutely wonderful match, where South Korea won in a the final round to take the series. Just as the two players approached each other to shake hands, my broadcast cut to a random person in the audience and then to both players walking towards their respective coaches. I hate to think this was done on purpose, but why would you NOT want to show such a rare and improbable moment?
***To clarify, NBC showed the entire MATCH via their regular broadcast on cable television, but did not show their hand shake in what seems to be a rather calculated way.
